CHM, LLC was founded by three real estate veterans whose careers have spanned several decades and various real estate cycles. Budd Cullom, Jim Harrison and Mike McGuffin are the principals of CHM, and all three bring years of retail experience and numerous tenant relationships to the team.

Over the years, CHM’s national retail clients have included: Target, Walmart, Publix, Kroger, Academy Sports, Kmart, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Costco, Staples, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Ross Dress for Less, Marshall’s, Bed Bath & Beyond and many more.
CHM recently developed University Commons, a 240,000 square-foot, multi-level retail project located adjacent to the University of Tennessee, in Knoxville. This unique, in-fill development is anchored by Walmart and Publix along with PetSmart, ULTA Beauty, AT&T, Fresh to Order, Field House Social, Lakeway Urgent Care and others.
CHM also developed Northshore Town Center, a 133-acre mixed-use project located in west Knoxville. Northshore Town Center is anchored by Target and Publix, both of which opened in 2012. The project is still being developed in multiple phases, which includes 150+ single-family residential homes, Northshore Elementary School, multi-family living, and soon to include additional restaurants and entertainment.
