Northshore Town Center is a 133-acre, mixed-use commercial and residential neighborhood in the affluent West Knoxville community.
Northshore Market Investors purchased the Northshore property in 2009 when it fell victim to challenging economic times. CHM, LLC master planned the project and has successfully developed Phase One. The company is currently pre-leasing retail, office and outparcel space for Phase Two and Phase Three.
The commercial district borders a five-acre lake and features a variety of services and conveniences for the Northshore neighborhood and other area residents. Upon completion, Northshore Town Center will include 200-plus single-family homes, 250-plus apartments, and 25-plus townhomes and condos.
Location/Area: A unique master-planned community with conveniences in West Knoxville, at the intersection of Northshore Drive and Pellissippi Parkway (I-140).
Size: Phase One: 135,000-square-foot Target and Publix and other shops total
