Papermill Plaza is an upscale neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of Papermill Road and Kingston Pike in central Knoxville featuring a Whole Foods, REI and ULTA. CHM, LLC co-developed Papermill Plaza with Branch Properties and the center opened to the public in the spring of 2016.
