The 56,000-square-foot Publix store opened in August 2012 in Northshore Town Center, a 133-acre, mixed-use commercial and residential neighborhood in West Knoxville. CHM, LLC master planned and implemented architectural guidelines and is successfully developing the commercial components. Northshore Market Investors, a group of local investors, purchased the Northshore property in 2009 when it fell victim to challenging economic times.

Located in Northshore Town Center in the affluent West Knoxville community at the intersection of Northshore Drive and Pellissippi Parkway (I-140).
