Target opened in July 2012 in Northshore Town Center, a 133-acre, mixed-use commercial and residential neighborhood in West Knoxville. CHM, LLC master planned and established architectural guidelines for Northshore and is successfully developing the commercial components. A group of local investors, known as Northshore Market Investors, purchased the Northshore property in 2009 when it fell victim to challenging economic times.
