10 Oct Four Restaurants Opening this Fall at The Shoppes at Eagle Point

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Panera Bread, Chipotle, Panda Express and Five Guys are all under construction and expected to open this fall at The Shoppes at Eagle Point.
The new regional shopping center sits on 40 acres in Cookeville, Tenn. and is a joint-venture development with CHM, CBL & Associates and Browning Development. In addition to the four restaurants under construction, the shopping center tenants include anchor stores Publix Super Market, Academy Sports & Outdoors, Ross Dress for Less, PetSmart and Five Below.
A grand opening of The Shoppes at Eagle Point is scheduled for November 7.
