CHM, LLC assembled nine parcels of land, utilizing land swaps and lease buyouts, to develop the five-acre Valley Forge Shopping Center anchored by Publix. The complex project was completed in 2016 and included direct assistance from the City of Pigeon Forge, Sevier County, tax abatement and federal new market tax credits.

Located at the intersection of Wears Valley Road and the Parkway in Pigeon Forge (US-321 and US-441)
Size: 45,600-square-foot Publix, plus 10,000 square feet of additional retail shops
